1. Personal Information: The App requires Users to provide personal details, including mobile number, Aadhar card, and bank account information, for registration and profile verification purposes.
2. Data Security: Skydecor shall take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the User's personal information. However, Skydecor cannot guarantee the absolute security of the User's data.
3. Data Usage:The User's personal information shall be used for the purposes of registration, profile verification, and providing services through the App.

1. QR Code Scanning: The App allows Users to scan QR codes on Skydecor Laminates products to earn points.
2. Points and Rewards: The points earned by the User can be converted into gifts or money transfers. Skydecor reserves the right to adjust the points earned by the User at any time, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Skydecor, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of the use of the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
